This is far more information than you need or should even be curious about. The materials are not really for you, but if you are curious, have a look; you may find clues about who I am now.  I put them here to organize the wealth of items about my life that mother (Minnie Zimmerman) and sister (Janet Zimmerman Christensen) kept and organized from my birth well into my adult years. This only a selection. Seriously, they kept everything from my birth records to report cards and even small newspaper clippings. What I've put on this page are the things that might provide some basic biographical data, including a family tree for which my sister did the research. (Please don't ask me about it. Janet was a decent genealogist, even going to Germany for records and interviews that trace our ancestors back to the 1600s) This is a 48 page pdf file so be warned. This family tree is backed up by a large volume with pictures of our family and data she collected that I haven't included. So what is here are elements that I feel provide a glimpse of where and what I came from. The time frame is 1947 and runs through my high school years in 1965. The structure is mostly vignettes and not all are exactly chronological, but the overall structure is close.
